MOUSTACHE — STORE POLICIES
1. Exchange Policy
* Accessories are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
* Clothing items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
* Exchanges are permitted for a different size or color, subject to availability.
* Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Moustache.
* No refunds are provided for a change of mind.
* Shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of Moustache.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
* Every item is carefully inspected by Moustache before it is dispatched to ensure that it is free from manufacturing defects or damage.
* Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and before accepting it.
* If a visible defect is identified at the time of delivery, the customer should notify Moustache immediately and the matter will be handled accordingly.
* Once an order has been accepted and received, any subsequent claim regarding a defect will be subject to inspection and evaluation by Moustache management.
* Moustache reserves the right to approve or reject a return request following inspection of the item.
* Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
* Returns are not accepted for change of mind, preference, or incorrect choice by the customer.
* Where a genuine manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Moustache is confirmed, the matter will be resolved in accordance with our applicable policy.
* For refunds relating to card payments, the refund will be processed to the same payment card originally used for the transaction.
* Once processed by Moustache, card refunds may take up to 21 days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the issuing bank and its processing procedures.

* Moustache does not offer Cash on Delivery.
* All orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched.
* Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
* Moustache does not apply a fixed cancellation fee or a standard percentage such as 5% or 10%.
* If actual, non-refundable costs have already been incurred in connection with the order, such costs may be deducted from the amount refunded.
* Where no non-refundable costs have been incurred, the customer will receive a full refund.
* Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery company, it can no longer be cancelled.

* The only exceptions are where a clear manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Moustache is confirmed.
* A customer’s change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction with a measurement or specification that was correctly produced according to the agreed requirements does not constitute grounds for exchange or return.
